Lera blends her knowledge of architecture, interior design, construction, and clientele management into one at Embarq. Lera has worked hand-in-hand with dozens of homeowners in the Greater Des Moines area to develop and guide them to their dream homes.

With over four decades in the construction industry, Seamus brings unmatched experience, craftsmanship, and leadership to every project. He began his career in 1983 as a laborer and quickly found his passion in framing, working on a wide range of residential and commercial structures through 2000. Since then, he’s served as a Project Superintendent and Project Manager, leading complex commercial builds including hospitals, public pools, and schools across Central Iowa. Seamus is known for his dependability, attention to detail, and dedication to quality. His expertise and commitment make him a true cornerstone of the team.

Pat brings over 25 years of real estate and homebuilding experience, with an impressive background in sales, leadership, and customer service. Most recently serving as Director of Sales at Hubbell Homes, Pat led a talented team of New Home Professionals and Online Sales Consultants who helped families across the Des Moines area find their dream homes. What drives Pat is a commitment to quality, value, and an exceptional homebuilding experience for every homeowner. He’s passionate about mentoring his teams, fostering growth, and continuously raising the bar in new home construction. Outside of work, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife of 30+ years, their six children, and five grandchildren. When he’s not with family, you’ll likely find him traveling or out on the golf course.

With a passion for helping families find their perfect home, Hanna brings both experience and heart to the Embarq Signature Homes team. Before joining our team, she spent over two and a half years with D.R. Horton, where she proudly helped more than 150 families achieve their dream of homeownership. Her people-first approach comes naturally—built from years of connecting with customers at a local coffee shop and welcoming travelers as a gate agent for Delta. Those experiences taught her the value of relationships, communication, and creating positive experiences at every step of the journey. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find Hanna spending time with her husband, their daughter, and two dogs. They love traveling, hiking, and enjoying weekends at their lake house in Lake of the Ozarks.
