You’ll work with the Embarq team to select a floor plan from our carefully designed collection, or we can help you design a custom plan that meets your specific needs. We have a selection of ranch, 1.5 story, and two-story plans to choose from – all featuring a variety of bed and bath combinations and square feet ranges.
We have a variety of options as well as the opportunity to design a custom floor plan. The style truly depends on you, the homebuyer, and what you want to see in your home. You can work with any local lender to get pre-approved for a home loan or, if you own your own land, you can get a construction loan.
